All sessions focus on increasing your energy for the day ahead.If you ever want to create a daily yoga routine- this is the perfect program. This 7-day series focuses on increasing overall energy levels, strength, and mental well-being. The classes are short, accessible, and work in a ladder format, which means that throughout the week, we will build upon exercises from the previous days to ensure that you see progress - fast.Here's what you can expect:Day #1: Energizing Morning Routine IThis first class will introduce some of our key exercises, which we will build upon throughout the week. Here, we focus on energizing and strengthening the entire body in just 20 minutes. In this class, we will introduce our goal-setting mindfulness practice, which will carry on throughout the entire program.Day #2: Core PowerIn this 20 minute morning session, we will start by re-connecting to our goal for the week, before wag up the abdominal muscles with an energy-boosting breathing exercise called Breath of Fire. Throughout the rest of the class, we will focus on strengthening the entire core, through dynamic exercises which will increase in intensity as the class goes on.Day #3: Energizing Morning Routine IIAfter kicking the morning off with our daily goal-setting practice, we will move into our class which will build upon all of the main exercises we practiced together on Day 1. This 20 minute class is designed to target all the major muscle groups, as we turn up the heat and challenge ourselves in this short, fun and energizing flow.Day #4: Lower Body PowerGet ready for Day 4, where we’ll be focusing on building strength and mobilizing the entire lower body. After re-connecting to our goal for the week, we’ll move right on in to our fiery practice which will build heat in all the major muscles in the lower body, and increase strength through repetition. Get ready for Yogi leg day, athletes!Day #5: Full Body FlexibilityIt’s to reward yourself with this relaxing and restorative class, to make sure you're ready to take on the last 2 days of the challenge with full power! This class focuses on stretching out the back of the legs and the glutes, twisting and mobilizing the spine, opening the hips and clearing the mind.Day #6: Upper Body PowerThis one is all about strengthening the upper body. Starting, as always in this program, with our goal-setting practice which is followed by a round of Breath of Fire to energize the body and warm up the abdominal muscles. This class will strengthen everything from the waist up through dynamic movements and repetitions. Ending in a short mobility sequence to rotate the spine and stretch out the back.Day #7: Energizing Morning Routine IIICongratulations, you’ve made it to Day 7! Let’s celebrate today by kicking off your final class with an extended Breath of Fire exercise to boost your energy for the class ahead. This class will take everything that you’ve learned in the past 6 days, and turn it up a notch. Get ready to move dynamically, build full-body strength and push yourself one last this week.
