I'm Mauro Toselli (aka @xLontrax ) and I'm an IT Director and Sketchnoter living and working in Italy. In 2012 I was looking for a tool, a technique, a methodology that could be helpful in problem solving activities. I discovered Sketchnotes and I had a blast.
