Step 1 – We start with the goal of our website and create a sitemap for the content.

Step 2 – Next we gather inspiration, put them into themes, and create moodboards for the creative direction of our website.

Step 3 – Next is the wireframe stage. We start with sketching by hand or on an iPad then we transition to low-fidelity wireframing in Adobe XD or your preferred design software.

Step 4 – In the UI design process, we take our low-fidelity wireframes and create design mockups. 

Step 5 – The final step is the website build. This will vary depending on how you develop your site but in the example I walk you through, I'm using Squarespace.
