Digital Planning 101
 Digital Planning 101
English | 1hr 12m | Video: 720p

In this 4-part series, I'll show you how digital planning works. In the first video, I'll walk you through how they are made (NOT ACTUALLY MAKE ONE - THERE ARE OTHER SKILLSHARE CLASSES THAT CAN TEACH YOU THAT), I'll show how I design in Procreate, import pictures into Keynote Slides and add links, then export as a PDF into a note-taking app. I show what GoodNotes, Notability, NoteShelf 2, and ZoomNotes look like and I'll explain a little about the difference between a notebook and a planner.

In the second video, I demonstrate how to insert images into GoodNotes for a digital planner. There are many ways to do this. I cover: inserting from the shortcut bar, inserting from images from the planner page, dragging and dropping from your pictures folder, dragging and dropping from Dropbox, copying and pasting from another GoodNotes notebook (Sticker Book) using both sharing/copying the image and using the lasso tool. I also demonstrate how to copy and paste an entire calendar layout to cover a whole page and the difference between PNG and JPG, cropped and not cropped.

In the third video, I demonstrate how to import various file types into GoodNotes. PDF Notebooks, Goodnotes.zip sticker files, PDF stickers, PNG stickers, and JPG alternate cover image. All the images used in the video are in the Dropbox folder.

In the last video, I demonstrate how to copy, paste, move, and add pages to a GoodNotes Notebook. I show you multiple ways to do it. I also show you how to manipulate text to resize, and rotate it. I demonstrate how handwriting can be converted to text and used to search for things in your notebook.
