This training was created following over 15 years of experience, during which I observed:Network engineers that are skilled at configuring devices are not able to recognize even the most basic network issues because they do not understand how data flows, how network devices operate, or what their configuration actually performs.A PC technician who needs to set up static IP addresses and routes but is unaware of what a subnet mask is or what the default gateway is.System engineer who manages web servers but lacks knowledge of the distinction between private and public IP.These are just a few examples of how a lack of networking knowledge causes a lot of network problems that waste hours.
