Glenn’s unique approach to head drawing will guide students through the process of constructing the head. The class will focus on the anatomical structures of the skull and face, and how to draw realistic features and expressions. Glenn will also share his tools and techniques for lighting, shading, and describing the forms of the head. In this second lesson, Glenn will give you an introduction to the planes of the face. You will learn how to analyze the model’s features and break them into planes, in order to achieve more accurate likeness, light and shadow, and a greater understanding of facial structure.
