Added Kohette Combo Menus widget – Show a box with 3 tabs, one for a categories menu, other for archive menu and other for tags menu.
Added Kohette 180×150px banner ad – add a banner slot of 180×150 pixels
Now the url is refreshed in every AJAX call with AJAX navigation enabled
