Today I have for you 10 lightnings that will blind your eyes. After worked with lightnings photos in Photoshop to extrapolate light effects and import them in Illustrator, I wasn?t satisfied with the result. So I decided to hand draw each item on paper and live trace it in Illustrator. I retouched a bit the illustrations with the warp tool and the set was complete!

This is an amazing texture pack: 15 high resolution grunge paper textures. The creative process behind this set is pretty funny: I had 15 parchments that I fold up and then merged into tea for 1 day. Once dried, I used acrylic colors to create nice details. At the end I used Photoshop to invert colors and apply some adjustments. I think the result is really cool.
