Pure hip-hop groove is injected into the loops by using not only percussive instruments, but also adding sound fx, voices, spacey synth samples to make the loops unique and include their specific ambience.

Luftballon is a collection of classic latex rubber balloon inflation, pops, hisses, wheezes, twists, squeals, pulls, deflation flubbers, farts, screeches, scrapes, thuds, thumps, taps, snaps and other percussion, sustaining and tonal elements. Equal parts "wind", sound effect and percussion library, this library is filled to bursting with creative potential. This collection was created with the help of somewhere around 100 hundred party balloons, blown up wit helium into all sorts of different shapes and sizes. We recorded each one with large diaphragm mics placed at close proximity in a wide X-Y stereo field to capture an especially aggressive and dynamic sound.

The Steel Tongue Drum is made from an empty propane tank. It has a resonant and mysterious voice, suitable for cinematic and ambient music. We recorded finger and mallet performances on the drum face, as well as multiple percussive hits on its back and sides.

For Funky Electric P200 we used a well tuned and served Wurlitzer® 200A electric piano. The great sound of this instrument is well known from several classic records of jazz, soul, funk and gospel music.
