What You’ll Gain From This Class

You will make a first step in getting to know your Inner Critic and start weakening their power. By simply sharing your worst project, you will show them they can’t stop you anymore.
You will experience how sharing your worst and your best will bring you freedom.

All You Need is your choice of medium (photography, painting, music, cooking, graphic design, writing, embroidery, storytelling…) and a smartphone to take a photo of it.

Use this Class as a Preparation

This class stands on its own, but you can also see it as a prelude to the bigger class: A Self Portrait as Your Inner Critic With Photography or Video. By taking this short class you will truly meet your Inner Critic full on. 

I invite you to write down everything the Inner Critic tells you when you are doing your project. It will bring you insights to ponder for now and you can use it for the next class!
