Description

This course is for anyone who wants to learn about electrical circuits and their parts, with or without a background in this subject. This course starts with the fundamentals for electricity, before moving onto the different aspects which govern power and circuity. After this the course will focus on individual components, their behavior and functions, before moving onto magnetism and magnetic circuits, including transformers. The course will cover single phase and three phase power, along with its importance and both delta and wye connections for three phase systems. This course will also cover grounding and circuit analysis allowing you to learn how to analyze and calculate parts of a circuit, at individual nodes and loops within a circuit. Solar power and thermoelectric power are discussed in this course, including inorganic and organic solar cells, before looking at circuit safety.Starting from a basic grasp of what this subject is, you will learn the knowledge and tools which will help you understand the inner workings of this field, to help you decide if you want to learn this subject professionally. Spread across nine videos, this course is in English audio, available with subtitles in English, French, German, Hebrew, Icelandic, Romanian and Spanish. The information within these courses is intended for information and educational purposes only. Multiple subjects covered in these courses require certifications to practice, whose governing bodies can vary from country to country. Completing these courses will not allow you to practice in a professional capacity, and these courses are intended for people who wish to learn these fields of study, and people who wish to refresh their knowledge on the subjects within these courses. The subtitles in these courses were produced automatically. As they are automatically generated, please be aware that there may be grammatical errors and/or potential misunderstandings.
