This course covers the process and methods of creating a job analysis and job task analysis. The job analysis process includes DIF surveys, task-to-training matrices, and the methods you can use today to get the job done. Primarily focused on training professionals, you will have the knowledge and tools necessary to break down a job and turn it into the foundation of your training design.
