Making short and funny animations can be done quickly if you know these tricks.

• choosing software you know already
  In our case Adobe Photoshop for the drawings and Final Cut Pro for the animating

• using keyboard shortcuts
  This will shave off a few seconds for each action you do, which will make you about 30% faster in this type of project

• picking which type of animating for each movement

1. flip book style
2. jump cuts
3. keyframes

• using the same drawings in edited ways
  I will show you how just 4 mouth shapes are all that’s needed to make an animated character say whatever you want

I have recorder the whole process, from start to finish. Some parts are sped up to save you time, but you will be able to follow along with every step, and I give you explanations and tips along the way. And a couple of laughs perhaps.
