If you're looking for a very fast way to generate some side income with photography and Photoshop, I have found no better way than offering photo services for hotels and real estate companies. There is a very simple technique I use to make sure the exposure on every image is beautiful and not only is it really nice to look at, it's also very easy to create.

This lesson is very fast and easy. I will mention that you will need to purchase a copy of Photomatix for the hdr portion of the class.

First we start with 3 pictures of the same thing. One overexposed, one underexposed, and the final image right in the middle We then import the images into Photomatix where it process the images and creates a beautiful HDR jpg.

In the next portion, we take all of our pictures and import them through the automate photomerge function. For the most part, Photomatix and Photoshop will do most of the heavy lifting in this process.

If you want to get started with Hotel or Real Estate photography, there's no reason you can't get started today. Do a few projects for free or take HDR Panoramas of Museums or other public areas. The beauty of shooting in HDR means you don't have to worry so much about hitting the perfect exposure with one image.
