In this class, we will deal with classic portrait lighting and, in practice, construct a scheme that can be considered the “mother of all schemes." It incorporates both the drawing and the filling light, and various methods of backlighting, and a light source against the background. Having dealt with this foundation, you can later build any lighting scheme in general. During the class, we will look at each light source, how it works and why it is needed, find out the criteria for a beautiful light, understand what a pure black-and-white pattern is and learn how to control it.
