This challenge was created to help you bring meditation into your life for twenty days. It's a great way to see if silent meditation is for you and if you would like to incorporate it into your life for twenty minutes a day. Each day is a chance to practice for a bit and explore ourselves and our inner workings. This meditation is a "Body Scan" style meditation so each day we give ourselves and an area of ourselves to explore and develop our inner awareness. By developing an awareness of each part of ourselves we may possibly have a challenging sensation or a pleasant one, we just observe and witness the sensations as they come and go. By the practice of self awareness we can help our body mind and soul deal with our modern world by finding a path of non attachment and awareness of self. After we develop self awareness we can add in forgiveness and gratitude to all beings to help improve our meditations. May this challenge help you, may this challenge serve your highest good. It is said if you can do something for twenty days you can make it a lifelong habit. May you and all beings be happy peaceful and free is our motto
