‘Introduction to Critical Thinking’ course has been designed to help ensure participants take an analytical approach to their work and learn to plan and structure their thought process prior to jumping into the workplace problems they face. It may be that they tend to jump ‘feet first’ into issues and make assumptions and solutions before they have all the facts, or are too quick to come to their decision on the right approach.
