Luckily, I met a coach who introduced me to mindfulness and various other relaxation techniques. My life was transformed after that. I became much more successful in my career and reached many different goals in my life. So I decided to leave my corporate job and partner with licensed experts to create stress management programs for other professionals who are missing out on these life-chag practices.
