AARON PEIRSOL has been at the elite level of his sport since the age of 10 when he set his first national age-group record. Since then, he has won 4 NCAA championships, 11 national championships, 13 world championships, and 4 Olympic medals (3 gold in 2004; 1 silver in 2000). He has set numerous world records in the 100 and 200 backstroke, and is the current world record holder in the 100 LCM backstroke.
