There are videos presenting how our body works to enable us to sing, videos with sig exercises focused on a tongue and also printable materials to and complete. The topics covered in the course are:- the systems in our body that are responsible for sig (respiratory, phonation, resonatory and articulation system)- tongue workout with a tongue depressor or a spoon (exercises to help keep the correct position of the tongue)- articulation exercises- sig exercises focused on tongue work with a jaw relaxedThe course contains:- videos with theory, instructions and loads of sig- printable materials with theoretical exercises (PDF files ready to be printed)- "check the answer" videos (I will show you how to complete the worksheets correctly and you will check your knowledge by summing up the points)- a feedback questionnare and an opportunity to get to know each other (you may, optionally, send me the answers and share your feeling about the course)Remember to follow the instructions given in the videos and to prepare: a tongue depressor or table spoon, a mirror to control your tongue and jaw movement and a lot of water to keep your vocal folds hydrated.
