This is a course in two halves:First half: This covers the signs, symptoms and causes of different types of anxiety. A few art therapy exercises and sonnets are included. EvaluationSecond half: This consists entirely of art therapy exercises to banish anxiety, shot in beautiful Oxford countryside. Just watching the lectures will have a positive effect! Doing the exercises, even more so! All students are encouraged to share their experiences in doing these exercises - an active Q/A is a must!This course equips the student with a variety of art therapy exercises to try at any time to reduce - or banish completely - stress levels. There are also numerous tips supplied from un-named 'anxiety-sufferers'. The exercises are short - usually 4-5 minutes AND there is a manual with the course to save copying out text. Plus there are further exercises in the manual itself.This is a course to enjoy doing!
