The knowledge you acquire during the course will enable you to solve the main problems of platform and language dependency. In addition, the programming language gives you the opportunity to implement SOAP and web services on all popular platforms. The course deals with the basic and advanced XML concepts, among which there are, among others, XML namespaces, DTDs and XSD languages for defining Validation rules, XSL transformations, XML XPath query language, as well as different types of parsing access when it comes to creating XML. In addition, the course includes the processing of the most well-known web service concepts as well as technologies for their creation. The basic goal of this course is to enable you to read, write and process XML documents through the Java programming language.
