Description

Scrollable text display patterns is a form of digital movement/display of text using effects. In this course, you will program the effects that will put the texts into action. As a developer, you will understand the full detail implementation of scrollable text displays from scratch. You will start by creating the basic project window in tkinter. This is a module that we will use to create this project. This is also developed using python 3. However, students are free to follow along using python2. But, python 3 is more preferably for this project. We will create six different buttons to test the project output. At the end:
