Hello everyone and welcome to Adobe XD Projects. I'm instructor Josh Warner and welcome to the course and this video we're going to talk about the importance of Adobe XD and then we'll cover the curriculum and what we're going to be learning in this course. So let's jump into it and talk about the importance of Adobe XD and why would you want to learn Adobe XD in the first place? Adobe XD is really designed for user interface and user experience. And what does that entail? Well, anything and everything that you look at in your world, if it's a smartphone, a laptop, a desktop, a TV, a tablet, all have an interface, all have an experience. And that's really what Adobe XD creates is a way for you to wireframe that and basically build a prototype of what your design could potentially be. So it's important to understand that that's why Adobe XD is there to help you build that out and prototype and test and see how your apps, your website, your design will work on mobile devices, on a on a desktop or a laptop and other places as well. Now let's jump into the curriculum and talk about what we're going to be learning in this course. So we're going to be covering the creative cloud plans. We're going to talk about how to set up a creative cloud account, and then we'll talk about how to use creative cloud web to install Adobe XD. From there, we're going to be talking about the welcome page and we'll cover a project that we're going to build and it's going to be a basic project, but it's going to give you the fundamentals of how to utilize Adobe XD. So with that, I want to welcome you to Adobe XD Projects.
