In this Class I will take you through all the necessary steps to design and build a Home office within Sketchup.

The skills used will give you a good idea of how to use the tools within Sketchup to build rooms and spaces in 3D.

The class will allow you to develop and make changes to your 3D model quickly. This can help you to visualize how an interior space may look before committing to building and making changes in real life.

By the end of the lesson you should have a fully furnished home office in Sketchup. Built and styled to your specifications.

The class consists of the following;

• Measuring up your Existing room ready to put it into Sketchup 


• Opening up Sketchup Free in your Browser


• Building your existing room in Sketchup with all features, windows, doors walls etc


• Planning out your office elements you would like to include in your design


• Finding inspiration and a design direction using images to reference throughout the build


• Using the 3D Warehouse to import models into our office 


• Make our own custom elements for the office


• Decorate the space using elements such as Plants, Wall art, Accessories 


• Finalizing the design and tweaking until you are happy


• Exporting your 3d models as a visual ready to use
