Hello everyone,my name is Simran and I am a watercolor and a gouache artist based in Pune, India. 

Welcome to my class! In this class we will learn and master the skills of painting gouache waterscapes. Many students had requested me to put a class on gouache, so here it is. The class will be for 10 days and I will put a new class project everyday.

This class focuses on the following things: 

• What is gouache? 


• Basic techniques of gouache (Gradient, Blending, Layering)


• Colour combinations


• How to paint different waterscapes 

 Materials needed: 

• Paper (140gsm or more preferably)


• Synthetic brushes


• Gouache paints


• Mixing palette


• Masking tape or washi tape


• Two jars of clean water


• Pencil


• Scale


• Eraser


• Tissue or a towel to wipe your bushes
