Hi, I'm Zachery Sutton. I am a multidisciplinary designer with experience in graphic design, Illustration, and UX/UI design. I have spent the past ten years working professionally as a UX/UI designer for companies like SAP, SAP Ariba, and VMware. I am currently a User Experience Design Manager at VMware.

In this class, you will learn how to create an engaging and effective landing page. We will learn why landing pages are essential and how to structure a landing page from start to finish. Throughout this class, I will teach you fundamental UX and UI principles that will help you create your own landing page! I will take you through my workflow from brainstorming, mood boarding, sketching, wireframing, and finally designing a mock-up.

This class is for anyone that wants to learn to create a landing page and also learn essential UX and UI design principles. Students should have some familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, or Figma. If you are not familiar with these programs, it's ok! I will be working in Adobe XD. I will go over some of the basics of the program with you.

This class is essential if you would like to learn the thought process that goes behind how to create a landing page, website, or app. The principles that you will learn will be able to carry into different areas.  By the end of this class, you’ll be able to create a mood board, wireframe, and design a landing page.
