Throughout this class i will teach you my creative process as a whole, from concept creation to complete final repeat pattern.

I will take you through my processes of acquiring inspiration when i'm lacking, how I put those snippets of inspiration together into a moodboard that I can use to piece apart into elements that can be sketched and turned into compositions for patterns.

I will teach you my techniques for turning these drawings into digital files that you can use to piece together into as many different compositions as you like. Once you have a composition that you love, I will show you how I add colour digitally and transform into a seamless repeat pattern that can be used for anything you like.

You will require the following equipment;

- Drawing equipment of your choice
- A sketchbook or paper
- A scanner or camera
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- An iPad, Apple Pencil & Procreate if desired, but all steps that use these can be mirrored using Photoshop
