in this class, i'm painting a composition of two birds [swallow], with a dynamic sky background.

i want to show here, a painting with a deep color contrast, like "black" [payne's gray] yellow-orange and white.

also, i want to show the best way to start a painting like this.

should i start from main subjects ? or the first step should be the light background ?
