In this class we'll learn some basic skills that UX designers use everyday in the course of their jobs. We'll also learn about some key principles that will help you design to solve user's true pain points.
From ideation through user flows, wireframes and clickable mockups, you'll work on designing a native mobile app that you'll be able to test with actual users using a product called InVision. This class We’ll talk about why many UX classes don’t prepare you for the ‘UX designer’ job market In this class, we’ll focus on designing a digital product using the core principles of UX design. We’ll learn some design thinking exercises to help you generate ideas for your app. Then, we’ll sketch a prototype, wireframe and build a high-fidelity version of the app in Sketch. I’ll teach you how to integrate Sketch with a prototyping tool called InVision so you can go and test your prototype with other people. This class is for: You will need Sketch – which you should be able to download for free for 30 days. You will need InVision, which lets you create an account for free.
