Designing Effective Programs without the Daily Lesson Plan Crunch is a course that is designed to help new leaders complete the front-end planning of their curriculum and activities, making sure that they are fun while still supporting their students’ learning needs – without the pressure of writing daily lesson plans. We know that not every out-of-school time provider has time for daily lesson planning, so you will learn how to use activities you find online, in a book, or even ones that you dreamt up to design a learning plan that aligns with the needs your students have and supports their learning, while still being funs and hands-on. We will also look at how you will prepare to lead the activities you created a learning plan for and see if what you are doing is working, helping you become a highly-qualified leader, so that you can make a bigger difference in the lives and learning of the young people that you lead.
