Event Planning Made Easy
What you'll learn: Plan events using a Gantt Chart in Excel Estimate project timelines Visually plan projects, including dependencies See what's happening in your events Requirements: No programming needed. Excel file template included with the course. Description: Methodically planning the event is important to have a successful event. When you have lots of tasks to complete it can be difficult to keep up with what needs to be done first, especially after weeks have gone by. A Gantt chart is a very common tool to assist in event planning. Based on the proven Gantt chart schedule, you can visualize the entire project from a high level as well as track completed tasks, and see the next step to keep you on track to completion. Plan any event with the easy-to-use Excel template Gantt chart included as part of the course. Up to 200 tasks can be added with project duration of up to 2.5 years. Tasks, durations, and predecessors can be modified to customize each project – if you’re not sure what this means, don’t worry, we’ll go over this in the course. A 5-, 6-, or 7-day workweek can be chosen and the schedule will automatically update based on the selection. Vacation days, holidays, and other customizable off-days can be added as well, with the Gantt chart updating automatically to account for those off days. Wedding event is built in, but can be modified for any project or event.Who this course is for:Someone who would like to plan events in Excel using a Gantt Chart.
