Not every meditation practice is the same. Different styles of meditation lead to different outcomes. Some might feel easier for you while some might be challenging. Discover your personal preferences, use meditation as a tool to transform your life in the way you want.

 

This course is designed to give you an idea of some common (and some less common) meditation styles. Giving you the knowledge of the focus of the meditation, the quality that you work on through the meditation and the transformation that you can achieve through regular practice.

 

This course is ideally done over a period of 8 weeks. Using one of the provided meditation practices for at least one week in a row to get the full experience of the technique. This course can be extended to any length that is convenient for you. You can chose to practice one meditation for 10 days, 21 days, a month or 40 days.

 

In addition to explaining the techniques and how you practice, you will have guided videos as well as downloadable audio files for your meditation practice.
