WP Estate has been originally designed for Real Estate independent agents and agencies, but following the several feature updates added since theme launch, you can also use it to build your own real estate portal and allow users to submit properties for free or for a fee (via Paid Submission or Paid Membership, via Stripe and/or PayPal). Starting WP Estate 3.0, additional to all previous purposes, you can use the theme to create a property listing and booking platform, with unique features you'll not find in any other real estate theme on the market.
