The city consists of the following buildings: 

El Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia - Opera and Ballet Theater; 

L'Hemisferic - cinema and planetarium; 

L'Umbracle - alley and garden; 

El Museu de les Ciencies Principe Felipe - Science museum; 

L'Oceanografic - Ocean Park in the open.
