DMV-born, LA-based producer Warpstr is a stellar force, drawing a direct line between trendsetting rap production and a raw, somatic feel for dance music. His analog-heavy take on trap has become a go-to for Babyxsosa and Yung Kayo and earned him credits with Yeat and Lancey Foux, but Soundcloud veterans could not forget his formative Jersey- and Baltimore-inspired club uploads.
