Glitch Please! volume one drums and loops I’m a stickler for audio quality .... but I also like glitch, lo-fi or bit reduced sounds, proved they are done really well and by intention . In this collection there are some really unique and curious tones for you to use in you own productions. There are some drum loops and one shots that are a result of analog or digital hardware modular drum sources, that have been distorted or bit reduced and glitched. Other drum loops are a result of circuit bent modifications I’ve applied to some of my vintage drum machine hardware.

These harsh and unpredictable sounds can really spice up a production. Try creating a set of drum kits from a selection of these bits and then add them to your regular “go to “ drum patches you are in for a surprise ! Some of the sounds have fragments of delay or spring reverb added to spice them further. This “spice” is derived from some of my own custom spring tanks mixed with strange but unique guitar pedals . Most are stereo where appropriate but some are intentionally biased to the left or the right channel these then fit really well together in the stereo panorama of a mix ( highlighted in the brief demo I’ve added). Of course you can mono them or change the stereo bias if it’s not exactly what you need .

Temps are noted where applicable in the file name but the files metadata contains that information so dragging and dropping the file into your DAW should automatically show the original tempo.
