There are two main zones in Fresh. Your “Fresh Files” above and “The Cooler” below. Your “Fresh Files” shows files that Fresh has identified as new to you, currently being edited, etc. “The Cooler” on the bottom is like a shelf where you can put things for quick access.

Since Fresh floats above all your other Mac Apps, it simple and fast to bring it up select a file and email, edit, open, trash, rename or other action. Without losing focus on your workflow.
