SupportDesk helps you to provide support through ticket. Our software helps your team to provide quality and on-time support. Clean UI & Simple System: user friendly support ticket system. User can easily view old tickets. No need to register to open support request. Multiple Staff: admin can add more staff to support center. Staff can view the tickets that are on his/her departament. Admin can view all tickets, change department of staff. Multiple Departments: admin can add more departments. Staff can only view the tickets that are based on their departments. Email Notification: when a user open ticket, user will receive the ticket details and the staff on that department will get new ticket email notofocation. Stack Notification: get ticket notification on slack. Enter webhook url on settings to activate slack. Latest Technology: SupportDesk is created with Laravel framework.
