Requirements for the candidates can be found in the application.The program includes professional development courses and intensive training on teaching , writing curriculum, teaching strategies , applicable in Kazakhstan , leadership in education, and the use of computers for word processing and the Internet as a tool in the learning process.The program includes three weeks of practice in high school.
