The Blender Universe (BU) is an asset library that contains 3D models, materials, geometry node setups, particle systems, and eventually much more. With BU, we aim to equip and train the next generation of digital artists. By providing an easy way to drag and drop all kinds of objects and systems, artists will get a more efficient workflow and a lower threshold to start using Blender. There's nothing as easy as creating a full scene with simple drags and drops, after all. Next to the drag-and-drop objects and systems, we included a high level of customization. Tools that can be used to tweak your materials and models, or adapt them to specific environments. For example, BU contains edge-wear masks that can be used to add edge-wear to objects, rust maps, indentation masks, and so on. The geometry node setups have been made in a way where you can customize all the settings yourself in the modifier panel. This way you can drag, drop and tweak more than enough to fit your own needs!
