PolyQuilt provides several features in edit mode such as edge creation, knife tool, fan, edge loops, etc. It does this with the left mouse button ONLY. Therefore, there are no menus, no shortcuts. Simply select the PolyQuilt add-on on the T-Panel and create around it.
