This kit is named for the disappearing idiom made famous in the late 40s by radio DJ Jim Hawthorne, a “freestyle” DJ that was known for his fun, wacky, and often break-the-rules approach.

It’s not surprising that one of Mr. Hawthorne’s signature phrases resonates so strongly with me. So – with that, Peachy Keen came to be.

Because, after all – getting to do what you love every day is pretty amazing. It really is PEACHY KEEN!
