Blitz Pro is a paid version which get more frequent updates. If you like to try it feel free to download the free version here >> (http://goo.gl/TnsZVL). Note that the free version won't get updated as frequent as the PRO version.
In order for the icon pack to work YOU NEED TO INSTALL 3RD PARTY LAUNCHER APP. Don't bother to rant about incompatibility of some of icons that don't show on Cyanogenmod Theme if you don't read this note. This version currently does not support Go Launcher.

How to use it (assuming you are already install Nova launcher or Apex launcher)
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Blitz Icon Pack
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Blitz Icon Pack > Apply
