Web development is what I learned back in 2015 that has allowed me to travel the world and work remotely for the last two years.

In this class, we’ll discuss some major concepts behind developing for the web including:

  • Getting you up to speed about how the web works
  • Learning the difference between front-end vs back-end web development, and
  • Showing you how to deploy your own website
  • We’ll also go over some of the tools and languages necessary for web development including:

  • HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • PHP
  • SQL, and
  • Frameworks such as bootstrap and jQuery
  • My goal for this class is that, by the end, you will have a broad understanding of web development and become clear of how you want to use this important skill of web development in your professional career or for personal use.
