We'll make a variety of delicious, wholesome cookies using gluten-free flours - almond flour, chickpea flour, gluten-free flour blends, whole chickpeas, and some cookies using no flour at all.
Each recipe shows you exactly what you'll need to make it - how much time, which tools, which ingredients. All of the ingredients are whole foods only.
