I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Psychology from The Open University and a MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University and completed three years supervised practice via BASES to become an Accredited sport and Exercise Scientist (Psychology). I have experience working in all sport to elite levels. My philosophy is a humanistic approach using ACT.
