Also attached to the first lecture is an Excel spreadsheet that you can use to create you Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and value the company you are researching using P/E, P/Revenue and Discounted CashFlow (DCF). An index of all contents sorted alphabetically is also attached to the first lecture.

2. Section 2 is called Financial Model Inputs Analysis Using ChatGPT. Sections 2 through 7 is a thorough analysis of financial statements and other inputs that could impact the financial model that we create together in section 8. In section 2 we will use Chat GPT and other AI products to help us understand what can make revenue or eps in our financial model change from a high-level perspective, like the market growth analysis, the total addressable market, geographic exposure etc. In section 2 we also analyze foreign exchange exposure, inventory analysis, customer concentration, cost of customer acquisitions, shareholders and much more.

3. Section 3, which is called Historical Financial Analysis using ChatGPT, where we will analyze historical revenue and eps growth of the company that we are doing research on as well as the competition. This will help us build our financial model. In section 3 we will also analyze historical gross margins and operating margins as well of the company we are doing research on as well as the competition. We explain all financial metrics from scratch in all sections.

4. Section 4 is called Valuation of the Company and Competitors, where we will analyze the valuation of the company and the competition on a p/e and price to revenue basis. We will also explain how valuation works from scratch.

5. Section 5 is called Analyzing Accounting Issues Using ChatGPT, where we will analyze potential accounting red flags as we do forensic accounting with ChatGPT. Specifically, we will analyze revenue versus deferred revenue growth, inventory versus cost of goods sold growth, organic growth, changes in revenue recognition and much more.

11. Section 11 is called Creating Our Executive Summary Using AI, where we will use AI to create a one page executive summary of our massive 100+ page research report.

12. Section 12 is an optional long section called How to Use ChatGPT, Bard, Bing Chat and Claude AI Prompts and Getting Data for Our Financial Statements. We made section 12 optional as some students might already be very experienced with using ai products.
