In this class you’ll deepen your knowledge of Print on Demand and learn how to design, publish and fulfill a personalized Print on Demand product using Printify and your Etsy store.  People love to purchase personalized gifts because they help us celebrate life’s truly special moments, and because they’re looking for that special one-of-a-kind touch!

I created this class as a follow-up to my first class, the Artists’ Guide to Printify Print on Demand using Etsy or Shopify Store.  If you're brand new to Printify POD, I'd recommend that you watch my first class, first :)

Hi!  I’m Kari, an artist, designer and teacher. I spent over 22 years growing and managing my own traditional product-based online e-commerce business until I closed that business in 2021 to follow my life-long dreams of being an artist.  My goal was to begin building a new business that would enable me to keep creativity front and center and allow me to grow as an artist and grow my art brand.

Although it does require work and commitment, Print-on-Demand really is the easiest way to get your art out into the world and into the hands of customers and collectors who are excited to connect with you and your art!  

And - adding that special touch of personalization to your products is a great way to get your designs and products noticed!

CLASS OVERVIEW:

• First we will talk about what types of products are available for Print on Demand and specifically which products are the most popular for personalizing.  We will also take a peek into why people seek out personalized products and what needs they can fulfill.
• Next we will talk about design considerations that are specific to personalization, and which of the two methods available will save you time and make the fulfillment process easier.
• Then we will use Canva to create a two-sided design for a personalized mug.  We will get familiar with the available templates, discuss some font considerations and explore the two different ways of setting up your template file so that you can decide the best method for you and your design style.
• We will take the finished artwork and create your final template product in Printify.  You will learn the importance of item SKU #s and how they can work for you to streamline your fulfillment processes.
• From Printify,  we will publish our finished product to our Etsy store and add the customization fields to our listing, and then I will walk you step by step through the fulfillment process and submitting your order to production..
• Last but not least we will take a look at some Class Project Inspiration to get your creative juices flowing!
