The aim of this class is to explore the comic strip medium. We will learn some theory on this topic through the vocabulary, the types of shots and the notions about storytelling. We will talk about how to draw your message, stemming from an emotion, an event of your life or what you see around you. Furthermore, I will explain you how a comic strip can help you to change the way you perceive your life. So, you can transform it.

Furthermore, I will provide you with tools on how to find ideas and inspiration, using a lot of examples. You should also be aware of how to present your work and who will read it. Maybe with practice, you can find what you really care about and a publication will come from it. At the end of the lesson, I will demonstrate and comment on how I created a comic strip though two different exercises. I will start from scratch and show every step until the end.
